Q: How do you communicate about your roadmap and available upgrades?

We notify our customers of major releases via the monthly newsletter and inform the super admin of new releases and updates. Built-in nudges highlight new features, and release notes are updated in the product help sections. Our customer successs & account management team also informs about major features.

Q: What is the policy for version adherence? Are we required to upgrade to the latest version? How long are previous versions supported?

Our application is provided in a multi-tenant SaaS model, which means that any updates or changes to the application are rolled out to all customers simultaneously. We ensure that these improvements are backward compatible, minimising any disruption to your operations.

While you are not required to upgrade to the latest version immediately, we do recommend staying current to benefit from the latest features and security enhancements. We support previous versions for a defined period, and any changes that may impact your specific operations will be communicated well in advance to ensure a smooth transition.

Only in case of on premise deployments, there are version controls which are worked along with the clients.
