Learn about setting up integrations, creating and running reward campaigns.

Follow the step-by-step guide to set up the integration between Xoxoday and Qualtrics, and create & run reward campaigns.

You can find Xoxoday plum on the Qualtrics marketplace, one can click on the "Get Started" button and fill in the basic information as First Name, Last Name, company name, etc.

The Xoxoday team will reach out to you to get you started with the integration.

Step 1: Account creation and Password Reset


Once you get confirmation about the account creation, you can visit the URL [email protected] and go to the "login option" and reset the password using the forget password option.

Once the password is reset, you can log in to your account and click on the profile option on the top right beside the "cart" option and select the "switch to Admin" option from the drop-down.

Step 2: Connect your Qualtrics Account to Xoxoday plum.

Once you land into your Plum Admin Dashboard, click "Manage Integrations" option on the left panel, search for Qualtrics and click "Connect"

Step 3: Authentication of Qualtrics account

  • Click Connect: After selecting the "Connect" option, you will be prompted to confirm if you want to proceed with the integration.

  • Authenticate Qualtrics Account: To finalize the connection, log in to your Qualtrics account when prompted. Once authenticated, the integration will be successfully established.

Step 4: Create a new Reward Automation Campaign.


Once the account is authenticated, you will be redirected to the Qualtrics automation page on the Plum Dashboard.

Click β€œCreate New” to start a new Reward Campaign. Select "Public" and click "Continue".

Step 5: Select the Survey for Campaign

  • Choose a Survey: Use the "Select a Survey" dropdown to pick the survey for which you want respondents to be rewarded.

  • View Active Campaigns: The dropdown will display all active campaign surveys. Select the appropriate survey to proceed.

Step 6.1: Set How to Collect Email Addresses

In this step, you will be required to select between the two case

  • Please provide your email address to send a reward: Select this if you already have any sample questions collecting the email id of the respondent in the survey.

  • Create a question with "email" as input field: Select this if you already do not have any question collecting the email id of the respondent in the survey.

Step 6.2: Select a Campaign

Select the Campaign which states the denomination and brands of rewards
Approval of the reward delivered can be done in two way:

  1. Auto Approval

  • The system will automatically distribute rewards once the trigger conditions are met.

  • Options under Auto Approval:

    • Distribute Rewards for a Custom Time Range: Define a specific time range during which rewards should be sent.

    • Max Rewards Count: Set the maximum number of rewards to be distributed through this campaign.

    • Allow Repeat Rewarding: Enable this option to allow the same respondent to be rewarded multiple times for filling out the survey again.

2. Manual Approval

  • Rewards will only be sent after manual approval.

  • All respondents will be displayed on the dashboard, allowing you to manually approve rewards for distribution.


Now 'Save and Launch'.
