Send Reward Points to Recipients
Step 1: Navigate to Send Rewards > Reward Points in the main menu.
Step 2: To reward a large group of recipients efficiently, use the "Import Recipients from CSV" option provided.

Resend Reward Points in Bulk
Steps to Resend Rewards:
Navigate to Send Rewards > Reward Points.
Select Contacts: Choose the contacts to whom you want to resend the rewards.
Resend Option: Click the three dots next to the selected contacts, then click 'Resend'.
Confirm Action: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click 'Yes, Proceed' to resend the rewards.
