Availability & Uptime
Q: What is the typical uptime of your platform and how is it ensured?
Xoxoday guarantees 99.99% uptime and has maintained 100% uptime over the past six months. Reliability is ensured through a High Availability architecture with multi-AZ deployment, keeping services operational during data center outages. A formal Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy support uninterrupted service, and planned upgrades are non-disruptive, maintaining performance above 99.9% uptime during updates.
Q: Does the Xoxoday platform support disaster recovery with data failover capabilities?
Yes. Xoxoday is a cloud-hosted SaaS platform deployed on AWS, Azure, or Oracle, with real-time replication and snapshot backups across geographically separate regions. This ensures high availability and rapid failover. We also conduct BCP and disaster recovery tests to validate our backup infrastructure.
Monitoring & Alerts
Q: What tools and methodologies do you use to monitor system performance, availability, and reliability?
We use continuous monitoring of the application and infrastructure. We use Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, AWS Cloudwatch, Cloudflare, PingDom to monitor the system. We have alerts and any disruption in service availability is highlighted in our status page.
Q: What are your routine and emergency maintenance protocols for platform operations?
Xoxoday ensures high reliability and performance, maintaining over 99.9% uptime through structured maintenance protocols.
Routine Maintenance:
Planned upgrades to improve system performance and functionality.
Clients are notified in advance with expected maintenance windows and potential impact.
Maintenance is managed to minimize disruption and preserve a smooth user experience.
Emergency Maintenance:
Critical issues are addressed immediately using CI/CD practices with Docker and Kubernetes-based containerization.
Rolling upgrades ensure fixes are applied without disrupting end-user access.
Clients are informed within 24 hours of any impact caused by emergency maintenance.
Data Residency
Q: Is all customer data for US-based organizations hosted exclusively in the United States?
Xoxoday ensures data residency for US-based clients by hosting both primary and secondary instances within AWS data centers located in the United States. This includes data storage, disaster recovery, and business continuity environments. The infrastructure adheres to strict security and compliance standards to safeguard data within US borders.
Business Continuity
Q: What is your Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy?
Xoxoday has a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) framework to ensure uninterrupted service. The plan is documented, approved by senior management, and maintained by the Group CTO.
Annual tests validate its effectiveness, with RTOs and RPOs documented and available on request. Critical applications, data, and infrastructure are redundantly backed up across geographically dispersed regions for high availability and rapid recovery.
