The aim of this document is to provide an in-depth explanation into all the fields on Plum’s dashboard along with some examples.

The fields are as follows:

OrderID

The order ID of the order

Email ID

The email address of the recipient of the voucher

Phone Number

The phone number of the recipient of the voucher

Product Name

The name of the product

Denomination

The denomination of the product

Quantity

The quantity selected

Product Total

The final amount charged to the end user (inclusive of any discounts or surcharges)

Delivery Status

Current delivery status of the order

Order Date

The date when the order was created

Consumed Points

The points utilised by the end-user

Additional spend

Extra money is pooled in by the end user. Please note — The end user will bear the cost for this and Xoxoday will NOT charge the client

Here, we can see the end user has paid a 5% surcharge on the product as Paytm has a surcharge. So, they were charged INR 36.75 for an INR 35 face-value product

In this scenario, the user is paying some of the amounts from their own pocket as highlighted in the “Additional Spend” field. Additional spends are NOT deducted from the company wallet.
