Steps to Automate Rewards on ActiveCampaign with Plum
Xoxoday Plum can simply be integrated into ActiveCampaign by installing the Xoxoday Plum Rewards app on the admin’s dashboard. This can be done via the link down below or searching for the app from the ‘Apps’ tab on the navigation panel.

Once the Xoxoday Plum Rewards App is downloaded, follow the steps given below and hook Xoxoday Plum up to your next ActiveCampaign. These are for the Admins operating the ActiveCampaign dashboard.
Sign into Xoxoday Plum with existing credentials. In case you’re a new user, simply register with Xoxoday Plum with the new DIY sign-up.

Once you’ve signed up/signed into Plum, you can add funds to the account by entering the reward amount. Customize the email template as per your needs and what the target audience expects of them.
The reward catalog can be customized by choosing the reward type that you want to include in the campaign.
You can select triggers to decide who will receive a reward.
Based on the triggers, rewards can be:
Sent automatically without restrictions, which will be automatically distributed based on a customized time range and the maximum count of rewards, or
Subjected to manual approval by admins
Now that the reward triggers are set, head back to the ActiveCampaign dashboard and click on ‘Create an Automation’. The template can be created from scratch or a readymade template aka ‘Recipe’ can be put to use.
Next up, you ‘Add a New Trigger’ on the workflow builder, which is made easy with the recipe templates that come with their own sets of triggers.
Once this is done, you can ‘Add a New Action’ by clicking on CX Apps and selecting Reward through Xoxoday Plum. In case the Xoxoday Plum Rewards App hasn’t been installed, it can be done at this very step.

While setting up the reward automation, the denomination will be in the same currency as the one selected in your Billing Details.
