How to Get Started with the Integration?

  • Go to Hubspot App Marketplace → App Directory → Search for Xoxoday Plum

  • Click on the “Request to Connect” button to connect with Xoxoday Plum. After this, you will be redirected to the Xoxoday app registration process.

  • You will then be asked to login/ register to Xoxoday and authorise HubSpot.

  • Once on the Plum login page, you will be asked to enter your email address and Company Name.

  • A one time password will be sent to verify the email address that you have provided

  • On verifying your email address, you will be led through a series of guided steps to set-up your Plum account.

If you are an existing Xoxoday user, all you have to do is to log in to Xoxoday account and authorise HubSpot, and you are ready to get started. 

 

How to Set-up & Track Reward Campaigns on Xoxoday Plum?

Step 1:

Log-in/Sign-up to your Xoxoday account with admin credentials to access to Xoxoday admin dashboard. If you are not an admin user on Xoxoday, you will not be able to use the Xoxoday app.

Step 2

Once the reward campaign is launched, you can click on the Recharge option on the Menu bar to Recharge your Plum Account for Reward Campaigns.

Step 3:

Click on Add Funds and Proceed with the Payment. Click here to know how to recharge your account.

The recharged amount will now be reflected on the HubSpot extension.

Step 4

Once you have enough funds in Xoxoday account, click on HubSpot extension to Create a new campaign.

Step 5:

Once you click on the “Create New” button, you will be redirected to a page where you can customise reward automation details like Reward Amount, Reward Recurrence, Start Date, End Date, email templates to be sent, etc. After adding the details, click on Proceed.

Step 6:

You will now be asked to choose a unique “Reward Automation Name” for your Campaign. Further to this, before launching your campaign, you can also change reward trigger settings to either automatically send reward, or have an approval process to manually approve rewards.

Step 7:

You can also navigate through the various campaigns → click on any specific campaign to take action like changing campaign status (active to inactive), track the number of rewards distributed etc.  from your HubSpot integration page on Xoxoday Plum.

How to Use Xoxoday Plum to Reward Your Customers/ Prospects?

Step 1:

On logging in to your HubSpot account, click on Automation dropdown, and then click on Workflows.

Step 2:

Once you are in the Workflows page, click on the Create Workflow button to start a new workflow to start reward automation campaign

Step 3:

Create a contact-based workflow in HubSpot to enrol customers/ prospects for a particular campaign.

Step 4:

Select a HubSpot Trigger – like “When Someone Sign-up for a Webinar”, or “When Someone Watches your Online Demo”, or any other trigger to boost your campaign

Step 5:

Next, pick Xoxoday Plum as the Action application to automatically send rewards in the form of e-gift cards, vouchers or points as a response to the Trigger, i.e. to webinar attendees, online demo attendees, etc.

Note, Xoxoday Plum logs activity in HubSpot every time a prospect/ customer claims their digital reward. This data can further be used to trigger follow-up emails or notify sales owners.

 

How to Use Xoxoday Plum to Reward Your Sales Executives?

Step 1:

On logging in to your HubSpot account, click on Automation dropdown, and then click on Workflows.

Step 2:

Once you are in the Workflows page, click on the Create Workflow button to start a new workflow to start reward automation campaign

Step 3:

Create a contact-based workflow in HubSpot to trigger a reward to sales owners on completing specific milestones - like moving up the sales funnel, closing a large deal (for eg. value >INR 10,000,000)

Step 4:

Select a HubSpot Trigger – like “When contact owner closes a deal >10,000,000”, or “When Sales Owner Moves Lead stage from discovery to Hot deal in <1 day”, or any other trigger to boost your sales owner performance
