You will be able to check the Order Status by following the below steps :
- Login to the portal.
- Go to Account.
- Select Order History.
- Order status is mentioned right next to the order.

If you placed orders on enterprise.xoxoday.com, click below:
- If your order status is pending, please check the Delivery TAT of the Gift voucher mentioned in T&C of the Brand.
- Please note that most of the brands are delivered instantly.
- Few Brand Vouchers has a Definite Timeline and will be delivered within the Provided Timelines.
