Will my employees spend all their time on Xoxoday Empuls like they do with Facebook?

Time spent with Xoxoday Empuls is minimal but very important. People can see who has been recognized, and send some praise/comments/points to someone in less than a minute. That’s it. People need to be recognized and want to be appreciated for all they do for your company. Why not make a system which pulls your employee instead of pushing.
