Empuls Access Control Settings

This feature is initially available only to Super Admins. Empuls has four different user access levels, namely Super Admin, General Admin, Manager, User. Using Access control settings, Super Admins can now view what access permissions are available to various user access levels.

Using Edit option, Super Admins can now give or delegate access for various features and tasks to General Admin, Manager & User respectively. They can also remove access for various features from General Admin, Manager & User, if they are not needed anymore.

Groups access settings

Click on Edit button next to Groups to change the access of user access levels for creating new groups. Accesses available to all access users are grayed out and cannot be modified.

Awards access settings

Click on Edit button next to Awards to change the access of user access levels for Awards, value cards, gifts & greetings. Accesses available to all access users are grayed out and cannot be modified.

Admin access settings

Click on Edit button next to Admin to change the access of user access levels for modifying Admin features such as Business information, platform settings, user management, points administration and payments & billings. Accesses available to all access users are grayed out and cannot be modified.

Survey access settings

Click on Edit button next to Surveys to change the access of user access levels for normal surveys & pulse surveys.

Reports access settings

Click on Edit button next to Reports to change the access of user access levels for viewing Reports data, dashboard & insights.

Other access settings

Click on Edit button next to Others to change the access of user access levels for changing Leaderboard settings.
