Xoxo Vouchers/Codes

Plum offers an option to create and send Vouchers to your employees, stakeholders or channel partners to gift or reward them for the Top performer of the month, or any life events like birthdayanniversary etc. These vouchers can be used by recipients to purchase/redeem the vouchers for their items of choice from the stores platform or the campaign mapped to it.

Xoxo vouchers can only be created by the Super Admin/Admin of Plum, generally, CXO’s or HR heads to give vouchers to their employees, stakeholders or channel partners.

In order to send Xoxo vouchers, the recipients must be registered on the Plum platform. If unregistered details of a user are added, the system detects and triggers you to register the user. After the registration, you can proceed with the voucher generation.

Xoxo vouchers are customizable according to the occasion or need. You can choose from the already provided templates on the plum platform or you can add your own design if needed.

 

How to Send Xoxo Vouchers/Codes?

Add recipients

  • Go to Xoxo Code menu in the main module.
  • Enter the details of recipients name, email ID, amount of voucher, quantity of voucher and mobile number with the country code. Add Notes For Reference such as Birthday, Anniversary, Launching Campaign etc.
  • By entering the contact number, the recipient would receive an SMS with details regarding the voucher.
  • Click on Add another recipient to add more users.

Select a Campaign

  • Select campaign from the existing created campaigns or create a new campaign to map with the Xoxo Voucher/Code.
  • It is not necessary to map a campaign with Xoxo Vouchers/Codes.
  • If you prefer not to add any specific restrictions, select the default campaign and continue with the process.

Select an Email template

  • Edit the company logo if required.
  • Choose a banner image from the various options available. You can also choose to upload your own banners.
  • Compose and customize the message under Add a personal message here..(optional).
  • Verify all the details and click on Send to send the Xoxo Vouchers/Codes to the recipients.

If you have insufficient funds to proceed with sending the Xoxo Vouchers/Codes, option to Add Funds is provided.

 

How to send Bulk Xoxo Vouchers/Codes
Add Recipients

  • Go to Xoxo Code menu in the main module.
  • Click on Try bulk upload under Add Recipients.
  • Select Choose file and select the file to be uploaded from your device.
  • The file must contain a maximum of 1000 rows.
  • Please download the template available to avoid uploading errors.
  • After the upload is successful, click on Proceed.

Select a Campaign

  • Select campaign from the existing created campaigns or create a new campaign to map with the Xoxo Voucher/Code.
  • It is not necessary to map a campaign with Xoxo Vouchers/Codes.

Campaigns

Plum offers an option to create campaigns for the employees. A link for stores platform can be created through campaign option, the contents of the campaign can be customized based on what you want employees to see on the stores. You can select and customize product list, apply filters based on location,categories and price.

Campaigns can be used by HR heads and CXO’s to create unique links and customize the catalogue of stores platform in those links. Restrictions on the catalogue can be applied on the basis of items, brands,country, price etc. in a campaign. Campaigns can be used by recipients to buy items from the catalogue available in that particular campaign.

 

How to create a Campaign?

  • Go to Campaign in the main menu.
  • Select Create new at the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on Create under Voucher Campaign.

  • Select products and customize them by choosing between Experiences & Activities,Gift VouchersPerks & Offers and apply filters based on location, categories, pricing, packages & brands using the Customize option. Use the Search option to find your options.
  • Click on Proceed to move on to the next step.

  • Set a campaign name and click on Proceed.

  • Create and customized landing page. You can choose from the templates provided by xoxoday for landing page and can also use the visual editor provided on the plum platform. Click on proceed to move on to the next step.

  • Confirm all the progress till now. Once confirmed click on create option to create your campaign.
  • A URL link will be provided to you which can be shared with your employees.

Campaigns are not possible for Xoxo points. Campaigns can only be created for Xoxo vouchers and Xoxo Links.

 

How to edit a campaign?

  1. Got to Campaign in the main menu.
  2. You can view the list of all the campaigns and the status of each campaign.
  3. Under Actions, click on  of a campaign to edit.
  4. Make the necessary changes and follow the steps involved.

How to disable a campaign?

  1. Go to Campaign in the main menu.
  2. You can view the list of all the campaigns.
  3. Search for your campaign using the search option.
  4. Under Status, you can see if the campaign is Active.
  5. Change the Status of the campaign to disable by clicking on the status of the campaign.
  6. Click on Disable to make the campaign inactive.

How to enable a campaign?

  1. Go to Campaign on the main menu.
  2. You can view the list of all the campaigns.
  3. Search for your campaign using the search option.
  4. Under Status, you can see if the campaign is Disabled.
  5. Change the Status of the campaign to disable by clicking on the status of the campaign.
  6. Click on Enable to make the campaign Active.

Note:

  • Xoxo vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at the venue.
    You will have to visit and log in to your account on stores.xoxoday.com to redeem the voucher.
  • You may do partial redemptions for Xoxo vouchers and use until the points are exhausted. Please note that the voucher code can be used within the validity period.
  • A single Xoxo voucher can carry a maximum of 50000 points which can be burned anywhere without any restrictions according to the campaign mapped to it.
  • You can use up to 15 Xoxo vouchers in a single transaction.
    You will have to apply one voucher (under Have a Xoxo voucher?) and click apply. Repeat the process to apply more Xoxo vouchers.
  • By default a Xoxo voucher is valid for 1 year.
  • Maximum of 99999 vouchers can be sent to a single person at once.
  • You can choose multiple vouchers to order as long as the amount does not exceed your XOXO Voucher Balance.
  • We will not be able to club the voucher codes or cancel the voucher codes as the voucher codes are delivered to your email id.
  • We regret to inform you that xoxo voucher can not be exchanged for cash.
  • Voucher Error: Kindly share with us the screenshot of the voucher code and the error to cs@xoxoday.com and we will get this issue resolved in the next 24 hours.
