Empuls Account Customization

The platform settings take care of your look and feel of the Empuls platform which goes in sync with your company's branding. These are mostly one time settings, select each option with caution.

  • Click on the Account Settings menu item that will open a drop-down menu that displays the various functions within Admin.
  • Click on Account Customization item. This will open the platform settings page.

Program Settings

The Account Customization section of the page displays the conversion factor and currency you had entered during signup. It also displays the time zone and language. This is not reversible.

Branding

Upload your company-specific logos, edit the colour themes, select Login background and Favicon details. Click on SUBMIT. This notifies you on the successful updation of the settings.

Theme Selection

  1. Click on Theme Selection under Branding.
  2. Select a theme from the available or create a custom look specific to your company.
  3. Select Baackground, Text color, Badge color etc. and click on SAVE to save your changes on your platform.

Program Logo

  1. Upload your company logo here. Click on Program Logo under Branding.
  2. Click on Upload New Image and crop as required.
  3. Click on DONE to save your company logo which is displayed on the left top corner of your empuls platfrom.

Change Login Background

Welcome your employees onto Empuls platfrom with a rich login background.

  1. Click on Login Background under Branding.
  2. You can either select from the available designs or upload you own picture,
  3. Click on Upload visible on the left top corner to upload your login background.
  4. Click on SAVE to save your login background.

Select Favicon

Select the icon that will appear on the browser tab header.

  1. Click on Select Favicon under Branding.
  2. Click on Upload a new icon to upload your branding logo.
  3. Check the appearance of your favicon on your browser and click on DONE to save your favicon settings.

Automatic Allocation of Budgets

  • When enabled,will auto allocate points to Budget when a gift is given, allowing gifting to not fail even if budget is low
  • These Settings will be applicable to all Gifts. Make sure rules are set properly to avoid misuse.

Points reminder

  • Automated notifications to users to nudge them for action.
  • Check this box if you wish to send automated nudges to employees to redeem their earned reward points. (Reminders are sent only if they have atleast 500 points)

Delete Platfrom

You have the option to delete the empuls platform under Account Customization under Account Settings main menu.

Deleting Empuls platform cannot be undone. Data already stored in the platform will be irretrievable. Proceed with caution.

  • Account deletion is an irreversible process.
  • All account data including points and reserve funds would be lost and cannot be recovered.
  • All users in your account will lose access to your account.
  • All posts created, surveys, and awards will be inaccessible.
  • Any unredeemed points your users may have accumulated will be forfeited.
  • You have 0 unused funds in your redemption reserves. This money will become unusable if you delete your account.

Click on INITIATE PLATFORM DELETION to confirm your deletion.
