1. Click on the Admin menu item that will open a drop-down menu that displays the various functions within Admin.
2. Click on the Points administration item. This opens the Point administration page of the platform. The points administration dashboard provides you with a snapshot of the points that exist in your company account.
3. Click on CREATE POINTS to add or deduct points into your account. This opens the points addition page.
4. Enter the points required for the organisation. Click on CREATE. This updates the point balance.
- Click on 'I want to destroy points instead' link to deduct points from your account. Enter the required points to be deducted and click DESTROY. This updates the point balance.
6. Redemption reserves redirect you to the admin panel in Plum Stores account to ADD RESERVES.
