How to redeem Xoxo Points / Vouchers?

  • Go to

  • Login to your account.

  • Your reward points balance is shown at the top right corner of the page or under Xoxo Points in the profile icon.

  • Choose any experience, gift vouchers etc from 30+ categories.



  • Click on Add to cart on the selected option.

  • Please read the Terms and conditions, validation, description of the item before proceeding.


  • After adding all the items to the cart, click on cart icon to proceed with the purchase. Verify your items and click on Proceed to Checkout .



Guest Check-out

  • Any guest users with a valid Xoxo Code need not have login credentials.
  • Even if you don't have a Xoxo Voucher, you can proceed with the purchase by entering a valid email ID and choosing a payment method from available options.
  • Select the Product of your choice and choose Guest Checkout option at the Final Page.
  • Enter valid email id to proceed as a guest user.
  • You will be successfully able to place an order choosing guest checkout option.


  • Verify your name, email, Dialing code, Phone number. An OTP is sent to the mobile number provided before continuing with the purchase.
  • Select the option to use available Xoxo points for the purchase.
  • If you have a Xoxo voucher, add the voucher code and click on Apply.
  • You can also pay excess amount by Credit/Debit cards, net banking, Wallets (Airtel, oxygen etc).
  • Click on Pay Now to continue with the payment mode selected.
  • Items are delivered to the provided mail successfully with necessary details.



Xoxo Vouchers/Codes

  • Xoxo vouchers cannot be redeemed directly at the venue. You will have to visit and log in to your account on to redeem the voucher.

  • You may do partial redemptions for Xoxo vouchers and use until the points are exhausted. Please note that the voucher code can be used within the validity period.

  • A single Xoxo voucher can carry a maximum of 50000 points which can be burned anywhere without any restrictions according to the campaign mapped to it.

  • You can use up to 15 Xoxo vouchers in a single transaction. You will have to apply one voucher (under Have a Xoxo voucher?) and click apply. Repeat the process to apply more Xoxo vouchers.

  • By default a Xoxo voucher is valid for 1 year.

  • You can choose multiple vouchers to order as long as the amount does not exceed your XOXO Voucher Balance.

  • We will not be able to club the voucher codes or cancel the voucher codes as the voucher codes are delivered to your email id.

  • We regret to inform you that xoxo voucher can not be exchanged for cash.

  • Voucher Error: Kindly share with us the screenshot of the voucher code and the error to and we will get this issue resolved in the next 24 hours.

Brand Vouchers

  • E-gift vouchers are brand vouchers (Ex: Flipkart, Myntra, Lifestyle, etc.,) available in Xoxoday.
    You can use Xoxo points to redeem the E Gift Vouchers.

  • Each brand has a different way of redeeming. We suggest you to go through the Terms & Conditions and How to Use section for that particular brand which you wish to redeem and then use your xoxo points accordingly.

  • The order will be delivered to your mail ID instantly. Please check your Spam box/Junk/Promotional/Updates folders, Incase you are unable to find the same please write to

  • We make it a point to deliver the vouchers instantly (Indian Vouchers), however, if there is a delay from the vendor's side, it might take up to 24 to 48 hours.

  • Every Brand Voucher has a specific validity and specific time delivery. You will be able to find the validity of the voucher and the T&C of the voucher at the time of purchase. Please note that the validity of the voucher cannot be extended and the vouchers cannot be cancelled after delivery to the recipient.

How to use a brand voucher?

While selecting the brand voucher, Click on How to Use and T&C. Follow the steps and redeem accordingly.


Order Delivery Status

  • You will be able to check the order status under your Profile. Click on the profile icon and select Orders. Navigate to Your Orders to view the list of your orders. Order Status is mentioned right next to the order. (Delivered/Pending)

  • If your order status is pending, please check the Delivery TAT of the Gift voucher mentioned in T&C of the Brand.



Resend Voucher

  • If the order status shows Delivered but you haven't received the voucher in your email ID, click on Send Mail under an OrderID.

  • Change the recipients' mail if required and the voucher is sent to the email ID provided.



Brand Voucher Cancellation

  • Brand Voucher once delivered to the recipient, cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of the failure of order delivery, Order is not delivered, the order can be cancelled and is refunded to the source account. Please raise a ticket in the Help or send a mail to or Whatsapp us at +91 8061915050.


Validity of Xoxo Voucher & Balance

To check your Validity of Xoxo voucher,

  • Login to, click on the login icon and select Xoxo Code Validity.

  • Enter your voucher code, verify captcha and click on Check to view the validity of the code.

  • You can also find the xoxo voucher balance in the same.
